About 3D Geometry Animation

3D Geometry Animation lets users create and animate mathematical surfaces from formulas. Surfaces can be defined as functions of x and y, polar coordinates, spherical coordinates, or parametric equations. A time variable can be included to animate the result, and multiple surfaces can be combined in one scene. Built-in examples include waves, a pulsating sphere, a cylinder, and a Möbius strip. The app renders interactive OpenGL animations so users can rotate and inspect the surfaces. A custom math keyboard supports formula entry, while local function storage makes it possible to keep expressions for later use. Users can choose colors, adjust the surface grid, and change rotation sensitivity and graph orientation. 3D Geometry Animation works offline and stores functions and settings on the device. It includes no advertising, analytics, tracking, accounts, or external API calls. It is useful for visualizing how mathematical equations define three-dimensional shapes and how a surface changes when its variables include time.
