About AdvancedRun
AdvancedRun launches a Windows program with settings chosen for that run. Users can set process priority, starting directory, and initial window state, and choose a different user or permission context and operating-system compatibility settings. Environment variables can also be specified. Configurations can be saved to a file and then used to start the program from the command line, making the same launch setup repeatable. This is useful when an application needs a particular environment or launch configuration without changing its default shortcut. AdvancedRun controls how a program starts; it does not modify the program itself. The result depends on the selected settings and the account permissions available on the computer.
