About AI Browser Toolkit
AI Browser Toolkit is a JSON-over-HTTP server that lets an AI agent control a real Chrome or Edge browser window. The browser remains open between calls, preserving tabs, login state and focus across a session. Commands are sent through a small API rather than by writing WebDriver code. The toolkit uses a browser already installed on the computer; it does not bundle one. It can check the local setup and show where the browser profile will live. Starting the service automatically at each login is optional and is not enabled by default. AI Browser Toolkit is intended for developers building browser automation workflows for agents. Its persistent browser session allows successive commands to work within the same window and logged-in context.
