About AppCloner
AppCloner runs multiple independent sessions of the same Windows application, allowing each instance to use a different account. For apps with a supported profile option, it launches each instance with its own data space; when an app lacks such an option, it can use redirected folders. The original application is not copied or modified. This can be useful when someone needs to keep separate work, personal, or other accounts open at once. The product can detect some applications that use a single global instance or store session data in the registry, and indicates when those cases need Sandboxie mode or a separate Windows account. The description explicitly says that separate clones are a convenience for account separation, not a security boundary. AppCloner is described as free to use and includes light and dark themes and six interface languages.
