BowEcho is a desktop viewer for live and archived NEXRAD Level II radar data. It decodes raw radar data and displays products including base reflectivity, dealiased velocity, dual-polarization data, and derived severe-weather products. Users can view synchronized panes and vertical cross-sections to examine a storm from multiple perspectives. The application can access data from a public archive and live feed without an account or API key. It uses a CPU rasterizer and is written in Rust.
