About Carroll
Carroll stores a different screen resolution for each Windows user and applies that user's setting after logon. It provides a way for people who share a computer to have the display configured to their own preference when they sign in. Windows can be used by multiple accounts on the same machine, and those users may have different screen or accessibility needs. Carroll saves a resolution for each account and switches to that setting after the user logs in, avoiding repeated manual changes between sessions. Carroll is intended for shared Windows computers where users need different display resolutions. Its workflow associates a resolution with each user and applies it automatically at sign-in.
