About CHM Assistant
CHM Assistant is a desktop application for reading CHM help files and creating help projects from Markdown. It combines a reader for existing compiled help with authoring tools for building a new help package. For authoring, users can write or organize content in Markdown, preview the result inside the application, and compile it into a CHM file with a single action. CHM is a compiled help format often used to distribute linked documentation. The built-in preview lets an author check how the content appears before producing the compiled file.
