About Chunes
Chunes displays the music service currently playing in a browser as a Discord Listening activity. It supports playback detection for SoundCloud, YouTube Music, and Apple Music, and runs from the Windows notification area. When playback pauses, Chunes clears the activity and labels the supported service correctly, so the status reflects what is currently playing. For accurate service detection, the product describes using a companion browser extension. The desktop component and extension work together to connect browser playback with the status shown in Discord.
