It is designed to preserve Cursor’s editor and agent workflows while letting users choose among official APIs, compatible gateways or self-hosted services. Automatic delegation and troubleshooting tools help manage how model requests are handled. This separates the editor experience from the local management of model connections. Cursor助手 is intended for developers who use Cursor and want centralized control of model suppliers, routing and usage. Its local management layer handles model connections while the editor continues to provide the coding interface and task workflow.
