CutGeek removes the background from photographs and saves the result as a transparent PNG at the original resolution. It can process a folder of images in one run, making it useful for preparing multiple photos without repeating the operation individually. Image processing happens on the computer, and the original image is not reduced in resolution or marked with a watermark. The app uses an image model for background removal; an internet connection is needed when downloading a model or checking for updates. This makes the main editing workflow local while allowing the model and updates to be obtained when requested.
