About doc-html-translate

doc-html-translate converts books, documents and comics into local HTML for reading. It supports formats including EPUB, PDF, MOBI, AZW3, FB2, RTF, TXT, Markdown and HTML, and can produce either a single long page or chapter-based pages with generated navigation and a multilevel contents list. Its built-in reader offers light, sepia, dark and night themes, text-size and font controls, and remembers the reader’s position. OCR can recognize text in images and scans so it can be displayed alongside the page. Comic archives such as CBZ, CBR, CB7 and CBT are supported, along with standalone images. The app includes both a command-line interface and a small graphical launcher. Translation is optional and can use a cloud service or a local model. OCR and some archive conversions require separately installed tools; MOBI and AZW3 conversion is for non-DRM files. The generated HTML remains local for reading in a browser.
