About Figma Agent
Figma Agent is a Windows background service that lets Figma access fonts installed on the computer and open Figma links in the desktop app. It connects local font availability with the design environment, helping the desktop application use fonts that are present on the user’s system. It also provides a route from links to the installed application. Figma Agent runs in the background and is designed to support these interactions between local resources and Figma. Its role is a companion service, not a standalone design editor. It enables the desktop software to use locally available fonts and handle relevant links.
