About Flash Builder
Flash Builder converts an SWF Flash movie into a Windows executable. The generated application can use a borderless, translucent window with a custom shape, including animated shapes, and can add a shadow. These window options let an SWF presentation or animation appear without the standard rectangular application frame. Flash Builder can also create an autorun.inf file alongside the executable, supporting a packaged presentation of the converted content. Flash Builder is intended for Windows users who need to turn an SWF movie into a standalone executable with a customized window appearance.
