About Fluor
Fluor is a utility for changing how the keyboard’s function keys behave depending on which application is active. This lets the same keys respond differently in different apps, so their behavior can be matched to the context in which the user is working. The active application becomes the condition that determines which function-key behavior is used. Fluor is therefore useful for people who want per-app keyboard behavior instead of one fixed setting across their desktop. Its central task is focused: detect the current app and adapt the function keys accordingly. This gives users a way to make keyboard controls context-sensitive as they move between applications.
