About FluxLAN
FluxLAN lets users turn older phones into a local camera network. It repurposes phone cameras as part of a network on the local area network, making devices that might otherwise sit unused useful for camera-based monitoring. The local-network focus means the cameras and viewing environment are connected within the same network rather than being described as a general public streaming service. FluxLAN is intended for people who want to reuse existing phones as cameras and organize them into a local setup. Its purpose is to make a group of phone cameras usable together over a local network. The setup gives older devices a practical second use as networked cameras.
