About Goopie Launcher
Goopie Launcher is a native launcher for Goopie and ReXGlue-based recompilation projects. It browses installed projects and can start them, while connecting the Goopie web interface to native functions through a local loopback HTTP server. This arrangement combines a web-based user interface with desktop capabilities needed to manage and launch projects. The launcher includes an offline mode with an embedded copy of the Goopie website, allowing the interface to be opened without relying on a live copy of that page. It also integrates Discord Rich Presence and management of shortcuts for Steam. These features connect project launching with visibility in Discord and access through the user’s game library. Goopie Launcher is intended for users working with compatible ReXGlue-based recompilation projects. The evidence does not explain which projects are supported or what native functions are exposed through the local server. It establishes browsing and launching, offline interface support, and the named integrations, but not general-purpose game launching.
