About HIZTESTI CLI
HIZTESTI CLI measures internet connection quality from the command line. It reports download and upload throughput, latency, jitter, and bufferbloat, providing several indicators of how a connection behaves under different conditions. The tool can emit results as JSON, CSV, or Prometheus-compatible output, making measurements available for scripts, data analysis, or monitoring systems. It can run on servers, in scheduled jobs, and on low-powered devices without requiring a browser interface. This makes it suitable for repeated network checks as well as one-time diagnostics. The measurements reflect the connection and route available at the time of the test, so results can vary with network load and destination conditions.
