About Hopper
Hopper is a local-first desktop time tracker for managed service providers on Windows and macOS. It reads calendar meetings and prompts the user to submit work time while the details are still fresh. Entries can include the customer, ticket or project, contract, charge code, and a note, then be submitted to a service-management platform. The app can suggest a customer from the meeting subject, create a ticket inline, and record work that was not on the calendar. Calendar and customer data are kept in an encrypted local database, with optional synchronization of handled meetings across machines. Hopper connects meeting schedules to time-entry workflows, helping engineers record billable work more consistently. It uses the user’s own calendar and service-management accounts for its integrations.
