About IZArc Command Line Add-On
IZArc Command Line Add-On provides Windows command-line tools for creating, extracting, inspecting, testing, and encrypting archives. The utilities can be called from batch files, embedded in scripts, or launched from other applications, making archive operations suitable for automation. It can create ZIP, CAB, LHA, BH, JAR, TAR, TGZ, and TBZ archives, and extract formats including ZIP, RAR, ARJ, CAB, LHA, ARC, ACE, GZIP, BZIP2, TAR variants, UUE, ZOO, and JAR. The tools can display archive contents and test archive integrity. ZIP files larger than 4 GB are supported. The add-on supports 128-bit and 256-bit AES encryption and BZip2 compression for ZIP archives, with compatibility described for WinZip 9. It is intended for scripted archive workflows rather than graphical file browsing.
