About lwp
LWP creates multi-layered parallax wallpapers. A parallax effect creates an impression of depth by moving visual layers relative to one another. In a desktop wallpaper, this layered approach can make a background appear to shift as the display or viewing context changes, rather than remaining a single flat image. The available description establishes wallpaper creation with multiple layers and a parallax effect, but does not specify how those layers are configured or what causes them to move. It also does not identify supported image formats or animation controls. LWP is focused on producing layered parallax wallpapers, with detailed creation and playback options left unspecified.
