About Medford
Medford is a viewer for Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP/IP registers. It can display registers from Modbus slave devices, giving technicians a way to inspect values exposed by industrial controllers or other equipment using the Modbus protocol. Modbus RTU communicates over serial connections, while Modbus TCP/IP uses an Ethernet network. Supporting both lets users inspect device registers across common Modbus transports.
