About miPDFsign Community
miPDFsign Community is a desktop application for capturing handwritten signatures with a compatible signature tablet and embedding them into PDF documents. It records biometric pressure data together with the signature and produces PAdES signatures, with several baseline profiles listed. The evidence also describes support for qualified electronic signatures through an Austrian identity method. This places the software in document-signing workflows where signature capture and PDF embedding are required. The community edition is open source, and the supplied description distinguishes it from a commercial edition with additional features. It does not establish the legal effect of a signature in every jurisdiction; that depends on applicable rules and the signing method used.
