About mStream Server
mStream Server lets users stream a personal music collection from a home computer to other devices. The server makes music stored on the home machine available for playback elsewhere, turning that computer into a personal streaming source. This can be useful when a listener wants to access their own library from a phone, tablet, or another computer without first copying the collection to each device. mStream is focused on serving personal music remotely rather than providing a catalog of streamed music. It connects a local collection with playback on other devices. The home computer remains the library source while other devices provide playback.
