About MultiPing

MultiPing monitors network performance across many targets and presents the measurements in a graphical interface. It tracks packet loss and latency, including average, minimum, and maximum values, and displays changes over time so users can look for recurring patterns or locate when a problem began. Its timeline can be explored by focusing and zooming into periods of interest. The tool can monitor hundreds of targets, discover responding devices across an IP range, and continue following a target when its address changes through Dynamic DNS. Alerts can react to network problems in several ways, including email, sound, launching an executable, changing an icon, or writing to a log. It supports both IPv4 and IPv6 targets and can share data with a separate network analysis application for additional troubleshooting. These capabilities make MultiPing useful for observing connectivity and diagnosing intermittent performance issues across a network.
