About Nanoleaf Desktop
Nanoleaf Desktop is a Windows and macOS application for controlling compatible smart lights from a computer. It can manage several types of lighting products and layouts, create or download lighting scenes, and set schedules. The desktop interface is intended to simplify control of larger installations, where multiple layouts may need to be managed from one place. Users can select a scene or schedule when lighting should change, while the app communicates with devices on the local network. Its capabilities depend on the connected lights and their setup. Nanoleaf Desktop provides control and organization for the lighting environment; the lighting hardware performs the illumination and determines which effects are available.
