About NETIO Discover
NETIO Discover is a setup utility for finding compatible devices on a local network. It discovers products connected through LAN or Wi-Fi and displays their IP and MAC addresses. During initial installation, users can configure a device to obtain an address through DHCP or assign a static IP. This combines device discovery with a basic network setup step, helping an installer identify the product and establish how it will be addressed on the network. NETIO Discover is intended for compatible hardware, not as a general device scanner. Discovery depends on the device being connected to the same reachable local network and on network conditions that allow it to respond.
