About Netpas Vessel Monitor AIS
Netpas Vessel Monitor AIS tracks merchant-vessel positions using satellite and terrestrial AIS data together with captain reports. AIS, or Automatic Identification System, broadcasts vessel identity and location information that can be used to monitor movements on a map. The service also displays operational details such as estimated arrival and remaining onboard fuel. Beyond current position monitoring, it can create voyage reports and fleet-status reports automatically. These records help users review vessel movement and performance over time, connecting live tracking with retrospective fleet analysis. The service is intended for fleet managers and maritime operators who need to monitor vessels from chartering through operation. It supports both a concise view of current movement and more detailed voyage and fleet reporting.
