About NetPulse
NetPulse is a compact Windows dashboard for checking the health and response time of HTTP endpoints and DNS resolvers. It can monitor web endpoints and perform DNS A-record queries through a resolver selected by the user. For each check, it displays an accessible health state and actual latency, helping distinguish an unavailable service from one that is responding slowly. NetPulse also keeps a short history on the local computer, so users can review recent behavior rather than relying only on the latest check. This makes it useful for a quick operational overview of a few web services or name-resolution targets. It is a monitoring dashboard, not a tool for changing the services it observes; the configured endpoints and resolver determine what appears in its checks.
