About NetworkCountersWatch
NetworkCountersWatch displays network counters for each interface on a Windows computer. It can show incoming and outgoing bytes and packets, broadcast traffic, and other counters, as well as calculate current download and upload speeds. Users can reset counters to zero when they want to observe activity during a particular period or event. This makes it useful for checking whether an interface is active and comparing traffic before and after a change. The tool reports counters rather than capturing packet contents or identifying every application responsible for the traffic. Its readings depend on the selected interface and the interval over which the counters are observed.
