About OpenTXCompanion
OpenTXCompanion is a desktop companion for working with OpenTX radio-control equipment. It can load firmware onto a radio, back up and edit model settings, and run radio simulators. These functions support several stages of radio configuration: maintaining the device software, preserving or changing model profiles, and testing radio behavior in a simulated environment. OpenTXCompanion brings those tasks together for people configuring a compatible radio system. Its role is device and model setup rather than controlling a radio-controlled vehicle directly. The simulator offers a way to test radio-model settings in a simulated environment, alongside configuration of the physical radio. for compatible radios.
