About Parsec
Parsec is portable remote-desktop software that streams a computer’s display to another device. It is primarily used for remote gaming, allowing a game to run on one computer while the player interacts with it through a second device over an internet connection. The same low-latency desktop-sharing approach can also support remote work or collaboration. Parsec provides a way to view and interact with a computer from elsewhere without moving the underlying game or application to the receiving device. Its focus is responsive remote access, especially for interactive gaming and desktop use. Its portable form supports launching the client from different locations.
