About Prismatik (unofficial)
Prismatik is software for controlling USB-driven LED backlights. It captures the colors displayed on screen, analyzes the image, and calculates corresponding lighting colors for a connected backlight device. The lighting can therefore reflect the visual content on the display, extending the screen’s colors into the surrounding environment. Prismatik supports its primary lighting hardware as well as other compatible LED-controller devices. This unofficial fork provides an open-source controller for screen-synchronized backlighting, combining screen analysis with external lighting control. The calculated colors are sent to compatible LED devices so the backlight can follow changing screen content. around the display.
