About PulseHD
PulseHD is a business calling application for smartphones that lets users make and receive calls using their organization’s phone system. It supports calls with internal colleagues and calls from a business landline number, allowing employees to use business calling features while away from a desk. Users can choose an outbound caller ID, call contacts from call logs, and record calls. The service also supports conference bridges, welcome messages, call menus, hold music, call routing, and queuing. Address book integration connects colleagues and contacts with calling. PulseHD is intended for businesses that want mobile access to their phone system and features normally associated with a desk phone, extending communication and call handling to users on the move.
