About Quick Shell for CmdPal
Quick Shell for CmdPal is the Command Palette-only version of Quick Shell. It lets users save project folders, open them in a terminal, and optionally run a command when the terminal launches. Saved workspaces provide quick access to frequently used directories, while command-on-launch can automate a routine step in the shell. This installer includes the Command Palette extension and does not include the separate PowerToys Run plugin. Quick Shell for CmdPal is intended for Windows users who want project-folder shortcuts from the PowerToys Command Palette. It supports opening workspaces in terminal applications and running an optional command on launch. Its workflow centers on saved folders and terminal launches.
