About Quick Shell for Run
Quick Shell for Run is a PowerToys Run plugin for opening saved project workspaces. Users can save project folders and launch them in Windows Terminal or another shell through the PowerToys Run interface. Opening a workspace directly in a terminal saves the steps of browsing to the project directory and starting a shell there. The plugin focuses on this launch action and does not include the full Command Palette extension. Quick Shell for Run is intended for Windows users who use PowerToys Run and want quick terminal access to saved project folders. It requires PowerToys with Run enabled. This provides a quick route to recurring project workspaces.
