About RemoteBoulderTimer
RemoteBoulderTimer is a client-server timer system for bouldering competitions. One client acts as the main control station and can configure the timer, while additional clients connect as secondary displays that show the current time. This separates event control from the screens visible to competitors or spectators, allowing several displays to present the same timer state. The system is designed specifically for competition timing rather than general calendar or stopwatch use. A server provides the timer service and browser-based clients connect to it. The number and placement of display clients depend on the event’s setup and network access to the server. The main client is the point for configuration, while secondary clients are intended to display the timing information.
