About Richmond
Richmond is a utility for detecting and reading NFC and RFID tags that use ISO 14443 or ISO 15693. It works with compatible tag readers and displays the content stored on a detected tag. The two supported ISO standards are used by contactless cards and tags. Reading their contents can help users inspect information encoded on a tag or verify that a reader can communicate with it. Richmond provides a Windows interface for this inspection workflow. Richmond is intended for people working with NFC or RFID tags and compatible readers. Its purpose is to detect supported tags and show their contents rather than manage a full access-control system.
