About RVTools
RVTools is a Windows application for displaying information about VMware virtual environments. It can report on virtual machines, processors, memory, disks, partitions, networks, snapshots, resource pools, clusters, hosts, datastores, and other infrastructure components. Health checks provide an additional view of the environment. The application connects to virtualization management servers and can export information to CSV or XLSX files. A workbook-merging utility can combine reports from multiple environments into one spreadsheet. RVTools is intended for administrators who need an inventory or review of virtual infrastructure, with export tools for reporting and comparison. These exports support inventory and administrative review. Its inventory spans guest systems and their CPU, memory, disks, partitions and networks, along with hosts, storage, switches, clusters and licensing details.
