About Sante FFT Imaging
Sante FFT Imaging removes patterned noise from DICOM images and common image files such as JPEG, TIFF, PNG and BMP. Pattern noise can appear in images produced by digitizing computed-radiography plates, and the software is designed to reduce this interference while preserving image detail. It uses Fast Fourier Transform techniques to examine image frequencies. Users can remove the extra frequency components associated with the noise through frequency-domain low-pass filtering or direct frequency deletion. The method targets the regular pattern while retaining higher-frequency detail in the image. Sante FFT Imaging is intended for cleaning digitized medical images and other supported pictures affected by pattern noise. It focuses on this specific image-processing task rather than general-purpose editing.
