About Sesli Okuma
Sesli Okuma is a Windows 11 tray utility that reads selected text aloud. A user selects text in another application and presses a keyboard shortcut to start speech; pressing it again stops playback. The settings panel allows separate voice choices for Turkish and other languages, adjusts speaking speed, and controls whether the program starts with Windows. It works with SAPI voices, the speech interface built into Windows, and can optionally use an adapter for neural voices. Because it reads selected text from other applications, it can be used to listen to passages without copying them into a separate reader.
