About Skylander Portal Controller
Skylander Portal Controller lets a phone or tablet control an emulated Skylanders portal running through RPCS3 on a Windows computer. The app displays a QR code on the TV; users scan it, select a profile and game, then manage portal slots from the mobile browser over local Wi-Fi.
