About SmarTTY
SmarTTY is a multi-tabbed SSH client for connecting to remote systems. It supports X11 forwarding, copying files and directories through SCP, and editing remote files in place. These functions combine terminal access with common file-management tasks during an SSH session. Multiple tabs allow users to keep several remote connections open at once. SCP transfer supports moving files through the secure shell connection, while in-place editing can make it easier to update remote text files without a separate manual transfer step. SmarTTY is intended for administrators and developers who manage remote systems over SSH. It provides a desktop client that combines terminal sessions, file transfer, and remote editing in one interface.
