About SQLBI Whiteboard
SQLBI Whiteboard is a native Windows canvas for explaining ideas with pen, touch, and live application capture. Users can draw over SQL or DAX code, pin a live application window to the board, and keep annotations attached to the material as it is moved. The application is designed for live explanation and presentation. The canvas is unbounded and can be panned or zoomed. Code containers support SQL and DAX with syntax highlighting and in-place formatting, while images and text can be imported or pasted. LiveView places a running window on the board so users can annotate it, or freeze the frame to hold a still image. Boards are saved as local .wboard files, and Markdown-based .wimport files can assemble boards from headings, images, and code. The app supports pen pressure, basic palm rejection, a rear eraser, and a barrel-button laser pointer. Full-screen presentation hides other interface elements. SQLBI Whiteboard is a free, open-source local application; boards are ordinary files stored on the user’s disk.
