STT-CLI is a Windows speech-to-text utility that can run in the background from the system tray and activate recording with a global hotkey. It offers an offline recognition engine and an online speech-recognition option, with a tray menu for choosing a mode or automatic detection. Recognized speech can be used in command-line applications and other text entry contexts. The tool can start with Windows, remember settings, and display notifications about recording and engine changes.
