About SysManage Agent
SysManage Agent is the host-side service for a fleet-management platform. It registers a computer with a management server, reports inventory, applies declarative deployment plans, and provides real-time health metrics. These plans can cover package installation, firewall settings, antivirus deployment, and virtual-machine lifecycle tasks. The agent runs on managed hosts and connects them to the server that coordinates fleet operations. This allows administrators to gather system information and apply defined configurations across multiple computers. SysManage Agent is intended for Windows and other supported systems that are managed through the platform. It provides the local execution and reporting component, while the server handles fleet-wide coordination and dashboards.
