About TtxFromTS
TtxFromTS is a command-line utility for decoding teletext services from a recorded DVB MPEG transport-stream file. Teletext is text and graphics carried as part of a television broadcast, and DVB transport streams package digital broadcast data. This tool processes an existing recording to recover the teletext information embedded in it. Its focus is decoding teletext from saved broadcast streams rather than tuning live television or playing video. TtxFromTS provides a specific command-line workflow for extracting teletext content from compatible recordings. Its output is teletext recovered from a saved digital broadcast recording.
