About USBDeview

USBDeview lists USB devices currently connected to a computer as well as devices used previously. For each device it can show descriptive and hardware-identification fields and the time it was added. Users can disconnect an active device, enable or disable devices, or uninstall previously used devices. It can also inspect a remote computer when the user has administrative access. This makes USBDeview useful for reviewing device history or managing attached hardware through one list. The available actions depend on device status and permissions. The utility reports and manages USB device registrations; it does not repair hardware or change the contents of storage devices.
