About VariCAD Viewer
VariCAD Viewer is a viewing, conversion, and printing utility for 2D and 3D engineering files. It supports 2D DWG and DXF drawings, 3D STEP files, and 2D or 3D files in the VariCAD format. Users can inspect these files, prepare them for printing, or convert supported formats without using the full design application. The viewer converts DWG files to DXF and DXF files to DWG. It can also convert STEP models to IGES or STL, and supports conversions between the native VariCAD format and the other listed formats. Batch printing and batch conversions allow multiple files to be handled in one operation, which is useful when preparing a set of drawings or models for delivery or review. For 3D viewing, the application provides display settings such as lighting and perspective. A 3D view can also be exported as a high-resolution bitmap image.
