About ViPad
ViPad organizes Windows desktop shortcuts into named pads arranged over the wallpaper. Users can create labeled areas for groups of icons and bring existing desktop shortcuts into a pad through a context-menu action. The product can hide the original icons underneath once they have been moved into pads, reducing visual clutter while keeping shortcuts accessible. Its description says the pads are integrated with the Windows desktop rather than floating above other windows. ViPad is installed per user and does not require administrator rights, according to the supplied information. The tool is a desktop organizer for shortcuts, not a file manager or application launcher that replaces the Start menu.
