Vovsoft Image Pixelator applies pixelation effects to images on Windows. It supports JPG, PNG, and BMP files and can process multiple images in a batch. Users can choose a simple pixel effect or a quadtree-based effect, adjust the intensity, and preview the result before saving. The preview allows users to experiment with the scale of the pixelation and compare the appearance before committing an output file.
